In the framework of the Northern Dimension Partnership project “OPEN NORTH”, the next NDCP partners meeting is going to take place during CYBERFEST 2013 festival!
This year, CYBERFEST 2013 will be held in Berlin, marking the first time this important event has been held outside St Petersburg. This significant move was designed to strengthen the cultural exchange between Art and Technology creatives within Russia and their international counterparts.
