Opening of new RIXC premises in Spikeri quarter in Riga, March 21, 2103

Since the beginning of year 2013 RIXC is located in Spikeri Creative Quarter in Riga, therefore RIXC and association Rīgas Spikeri invite to SPIKERI OPEN PRESS CONFERENCE and the OPENING OF RIXC’s NEW OFFICE SPACE on Thursday, March 21 at 18.00 Spikeri, Maskavas street 10 (back door entrance, 3rd floor)!

Programme:
18.00 Introducing: the development of Spikeri Creative Quarter and District, the idea of establishing a North European Innovation Culture Centre and Riga 2014 programme at Spikeri. Also, our guests will share their experience in launching a culture innovation centre ArtScienceLabs in Mons, Paris and New York.
20.00 Continuing with installation-performance “Bacteria Battery” (RIXC and Voldemars Johansons) and performances by Trihars, Martins Ratniks and even more talks in an informal setting.

No 2013. gada mēs, Jauno mediju kultūras centrs RIXC, esam pārcēlušies uz Spīķeru radošo kvartālu. Šī iemesla dēļ RIXC un biedrība Rīgas Spīķeri aicina uz SPĪĶERU ATVĒRTO PRESES KONFERENCI un RIXC CENTRA JAUNO TELPU ATKLĀŠANU ceturtdien, 21. martā, pl. 18.00 Spīķeros, Maskavas ielā 10 (ieeja no pagalma, 3. stāvā).

Programmā:
18.00 – iepazīstināsim ar Spīķeru kvartāla un teritorijas attīstību, Ziemeļeiropas Inovāciju kultūras centra ideju un “Rīga 2014” programmu Spīķeros, kā arī ar mūsu viesu pieredzi kultūras inovāciju centru un ArtScienceLabs izveidē Monsā, Parīzē un Ņujorkā.
20.00 Turpinājumā – instalācija-performance “Baktēriju baterijas” (RIXC un Voldemārs Johansons), Trihars, Mārtiņš Ratniks un sarunas neformālā gaisotnē.
